Shining Stars Preschools offers comprehensive learning programs designed to prepare your child mentally, emotionally, physically, and socially for future success. We achieve this through a variety of well-balanced activities and age-appropriate learning materials. Our research-based HighReach Learning Curriculum fosters a lifelong love of learning and actively encourages parental involvement. This curriculum is designed to meet key developmental milestones and includes a blend of teacher-directed and child-initiated activities. We believe that learning should be fun and engaging, and our teachers create a supportive and stimulating environment where children can explore, discover, and grow. We also provide regular communication with parents, including progress reports and opportunities to discuss your child’s development with their teachers.
Infant (6 Weeks - 12 Months)
A baby’s first year is a crucial period, and every infant is unique with their own individual needs. While the concept of babies talking and reading might seem like something out of a storybook, it’s never too soon to begin developing language and literacy skills.
Toddler (12 Months- 24 Months)
Two-year-olds are naturally active and communicative! Our teachers encourage curiosity, facilitate play, and support self-discovery throughout the day. The Ready 2 Learn program focuses on nurturing the vital relationship-building skills crucial at this age, fostering both intellectual and social growth.
3 Year Old (Preschool)
As your child celebrates their third birthday, the toddler years are behind them! The coming year will bring continued growth and development in many ways—sometimes so quickly, you’ll wish you could slow it down! This is a big year for physical development, including improved coordination and balance.
4 year Old (Pre-K)
Many pre-kindergarteners arrive at Shining Stars Preschools excited to learn. At this age, children are typically ready to answer simple questions logically and have developed a larger vocabulary, which they use to create more complex phrases and sentences, allowing them to express their thoughts and feelings more effectively.
School Age Child (5 - 12 Year Old's)
Shining Stars Preschools has prepared your child for a bright future, and they can continue their journey with our safe, stimulating, and enriching Before and After School Program, as well as our care during school breaks.
Adventure Summer Camp
Did you know that students can typically lose two to three months’ worth of math and reading skills over the summer? Our STEAM-focused Adventure Summer Camp blends learning and fun to help prevent this summer learning loss!
